What to do after graduation and what options are out there? The NSCC Pictou Campus Student association is proud to present The Power of Choice Summit! This is your opportunity to explore options, get answers, and gain insight from industry leaders and experts.
The Summit is your chance to enjoy some local talent and interact with NSCC Alumni. Where you can learn valuable life skills that will help in your journey after college!
Below is the itinerary of events for the Power of Choice Summit. Some events are pre-recorded, others are live and hosted in Microsoft Teams. You must have an active NSCC Microsoft Teams account to take part in the live events.

Live Content
To access live content, you must be a registered NSCC student, or NSCC staff or faculty with an active Office 365 school account including Teams. The links are direct Teams Meeting links and can accommodate up to 300 active participants, with access to chat functions and interactivity (voice and video). After 300 participants, users will still be able to join but in a watch/listen format only.

1:00pm to 2:00pm - Maxine Mann speaks on women empowerment! (live Teams event)
2:00pm to 2:30pm - Toast Masters host a segment on soft skills and communication
2:30pm to 3:30pm - Sean Fraser, Member of Parliament for Central Nova, speaks to the future of business in our province (live Teams event)
3:30pm to 4:30pm - Danny Stone, motivational speaker and coach, speaks about clarity and self-awareness.
