ORGANIZATION DEFINITIONS AND RATIFICATION

There are some differences between a society, club, and team and each has a process to become ratified by the Student Association. Ratification means that your organization is officially recognized and supported by the Student Association and includes several benefits including promotion, advertising, space bookings on campus, insurance for events, and in some cases funding. You'll also receive financial oversight and auditing support through the academic year.
